2020 Project of Supervision on Audit and Certification Groups

Absrtact
In 2020, this project accomplished several tasks including establishing a mobile audit and certification management platform; evaluating the introduction of image recognition technology; proposing functions for the real-time connection system; organizing supervision, evaluation, and auditing activities for audit and certification groups; reviewing and improving audit and certification practices; organizing business solicitation meetings for audit and certification groups; and assisting in promoting resource recycling. This project created a mobile platform based on the onsite requirements to improve process efficiency and access real-time results. To evaluate and introduce image recognition technology, this project applied the technology to identify various scenarios, such as refrigerant leaks, flames, and standing water, and analyzed the results collected from three trial operations. Regarding the real-time connection system, this project distributed questionnaires to collect user feedback and proposed ideas for system improvement. This project organized eight supervision meetings, 16 audits on control centers, seven assessments, and 56 audits. These activity results were analyzed to make suggestions for process improvement. To review and improve audit and certification practices, this project compiled the results of related activities and produced general recommendations for the audit and certification guidelines. Regarding the business solicitation meetings for audit and certification groups, this project adjusted the group contract based on previous implementations and expert opinions, as well as demonstrated audit and certification processes to the participants in the meetings. Finally, to promote resource recycling, this project compiled recycling data and assisted in local resource assessment and counseling assignments.
